Infrastructure Support Specialist focuses on developing innovative and integrated software tools and applications for our clients. Requirements

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Manage capacity and performance of on premises and cloud infrastructure.
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation.
  • Provide 24/7 network support including security and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Build and grow positive relationships with other operational teams.
  • Consulting with client/business operations to specify system requirements and design solutions.
  • Maintain high network availability (24/7) by monitoring network performance.
  • Functional and Hierarchical Escalation management.
  • Provide exceptional 2nd level incident management support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge associated with the full range of technology, products, and services and can identify how these products and services align to customer need.
